Assists pregnant individuals and their support person(s) understand and prepare for the childbirth experience as well as gain knowledge of the options available for their labor, delivery and post-partum experience. Also provides urgent breastfeeding support and assists with baby feeding concerns.

Provides IUDs, vasectomies, contraceptives, sexually transmitted disease screenings, pap smears, and reproductive health counseling. Pregnant patients get one-on-one support from a Certified Community Health Worker and Registered Nurse throughout their pregnancy. Also provides education on a healthy pregnancy, and helps arrange lab work, ultrasounds, and doctor visits. Postpartum services, including support with feeding your baby, breastfeeding and breast pump support/teaching, and mental health support as well as family planning services.

Offers a drop-in Lactation Support Group. Led by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Offers opportunities to ask questions, meet other parents, and receive support.

Offers a membership organization that promotes support and education to professionals, individuals, and others who are serving breastfeeding families. To help support families, provides a directory of IBCLC members who can provide support to a family.

Offers a variety of educational classes and resources designed to help patients manage their health conditions and keep them on their path to wellness. Provides the following: - Pregnancy & Childbirth: Perinatal Programs - Family planning, genetic counseling, childbirth education (breastfeeding, baby basic, boot camp for new dads), pre-registration and childbirth planning, lactation consultants; Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum - private birthing suites, NICU, prenatal yoga. - Cooking classes, Childhood Obesity Program-ACT, Free fitness classes - Diabetes Wellness which offers insulin pump training, Continuous Glucose Monitoring, Diabetes Classes, one-on-one counseling, foot screenings and nail care, and a support group for English speakers. - Online Childbirth Classes: support groups, breast feeding classes. Parent Child Health supports families in Kitsap with multiple programs. Our staff is available to provide referrals and guidance to all pregnant and parenting families in the county in multiple languages. A free, personal nurse for first time, low income mothers. New mothers receive support, education and valuable resources to be the best parent they can be.

Provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and postpartum women and infants and children under age 5.   Offers: -  Nutrition and health assessments and education -  Breastfeeding counseling -  Vouchers for specific nutritious foods -  Health screenings and referrals -  Referrals to other health and social programs Monthly benefits are valued at approximately $150 for a family of two per month for nutritious foods. Families can also use their WIC QR code to spend summer Farmers Market benefits and monthly Fruit and Vegetable benefits at approved farmers markets and farm stores. Participants can receive $28 of Farmers Market benefits, with a maximum of $84 per family.

Opioid treatment provides care coordination for individuals with opioid use disorder. Care navigator assists in referring individuals for evaluation for medication-assisted treatment and offers assistance in accessing comprehensive medical and social support services. WIC program aims to improve the lifelong health and nutrition of women, infants, and young children in Washington State. WIC provides health screening, nutrition education, selected nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other health and social services.

Provides peer-to-peer breastfeeding and chestfeeding support through phone/email counseling and in monthly group meetings as well as educational materials. Coordinates a network of volunteers who are available to provide timely, free information and counseling on breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping and weaning.

Provides current information on women's health issues both over the phone and on a website. Offers publications on various health topics such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, body image, HIV/AIDS, menopause, quitting smoking and violence against women. Information is available for special populations: minority women, women with disabilities, girls, and men. Referrals can be made to appropriate national health organizations.

Provides pregnancy and parenting support programs. Services include pregnancy support, options and birth control counseling, family planning, doula services, breastfeeding support, post-partum depression, post-abortion and miscarriage help, and parenting help.

Provides support and information to pregnant women related to prenatal and postpartum health.   Services that may be available: - Prenatal and postpartum education groups - Breastfeeding groups - Transportation assistance during pregnancy - Hospital tours in English and Spanish - Behavioral health counseling - Dental care Additionally provides support and guidance in the care of the infant from 2-3 months old through his or her first birthday for those who need additional help.
