The Everett Clinic offers a wide variety of classes. Curriculums change month to month. Classes frequently offered include TEC Weight Loss for Life; Your Life, Your Wishes; Conquering Anxiety; Coping with Stress; Living with Chronic Conditions; Newborn Basics, and more.

The Early Childhood Services at OlyCAP are focused on addressing the needs of families with children age five and younger.  Preschool, early childhood development, child care and family support services are offered at sites throughout Clallam and Jefferson counties.  Children enrolled receive a developmental screening, an individualized learning plan, at least two meals each day and an active learning experience on days they attend the center.  In addition to children services, each family enrolled receives support in accessing medical and dental care for their child, parenting education, home visits and help with finding needed services or resources in the community. Head Start/Early Head Start Head Start and Early Head Start programs promote school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families.  The program strives to engage parents in their children’s leaning and help them in making progress toward their educational, literacy and employment goals.  Additionally, the Early Head Start program promotes healthy prenatal outcomes, promotes healthy family functioning, and strengthens the development of infants and toddlers. Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program is a whole-child, family-focused pre-school program designed to help low-income and at-risk children and their families succeed in school and life.  Because of the many factors that affect a child’s learning ability and development, ECEAP has four interactive components.  They are: learning in a pre-school setting, health screening and assistance with follow-up medical and dental care, healthy snacks and meals, and family support including help accessing resources and social service. Offers educational classes for pregnant people and parents.

A faith-based organization that provides free information and referrals to those experiencing unplanned pregnancies. Services include pregnancy testing, pro-life counseling, parenting support, and community referrals. Does not recommend or refer to abortion services.

Bi-lingual, bi-cultural staff provide support and information for Spanish speaking families in times of crisis. Offers relationship and parenting skills classes in Spanish.

Provides childbirth education, newborn care classes, safe sleep workshop, breastfeeding workshop/support, and other classes which vary by season.

Nurse Family Partnership is a free evidence-based community health program that provides home visits to first time parenting moms and their families throughout pregnancy and until the child is two years of age. Nurses work to support families in several different domains: nurse home visitors teach about the mother’s personal health and environmental health, nurses guide new mothers in developing healthy and successful parenting skills while promoting social, emotional, and physical development, nurses mentor clients in establishing and meeting their school and career goals, nurses support clients in building a healthy support network, and nurses make referrals as needed to community agencies.

Provides a free parenting course that teaches techniques and practices for better parenting. Parents must commit to a 10 to 12-hour program Friday evening and all day Saturday throughout the school year. Daycare, lunch, and snacks are provided for participants free of charge for.

Provides individual information and resources on how individuals can advocate for their child(ren) in the health care system, as well as making informed choices around coverage and care. Provides health care navigation training for youth, families and community leaders. Outreach to cultural and community groups. Provides information, resources, training, support and referral services in Washington State.

Separate mentoring available for mothers and fathers. Classes meet court requirements. Topics include: -  Nurturing relationships. -  Safe places -  Healthy start -  Effective education Clients enrolled and participating in the parenting program may be eligible for additional support. Participants earn "Care Net Cash" which they can use to shop in the baby boutique, which has items like diapers, formula, clothing and baby furniture including car seats and cribs. Limited one-time assistance provided for non-participants.

Provides training and other programs, such as Anger Management, Theft Awareness, and the Sharing the Children Parenting seminar.

A unique, flexible, convenient resource that will help dads to become the best dads they can be. Fathering in 15 contains 15 topics focused on increasing a dad’s awareness and knowledge about what it takes to be a good dad, and the capacity, or skills, to carry out what he learns, building a dad’s self-worth and building a good man and a good dad. Dads can complete each topic in only 15 minutes. To receive a certificate for your participation, please contact First Step before beginning the program for details.

Offers virtual parent coaching and seminars. The 60-minute seminars focus on a range of topics for parents and provide tips for everyday parenting. Limit of 12 participants per seminar.

Offers resources for parents of children with disabilities. Includes Father's Network, for fathers of children with disabilities; and SibShops, for siblings of children with disabilities. Provides a series of culturally relevant parent education classes and individual counseling sessions with parents who are experiencing parenting challenges. Classes are available to the general public and focus on child development, stress and anger management, nutrition, health and safety, communication, self-esteem and behavior.

Offers pregnancy testing, ultrasound (for viability), peer counseling, and parenting services. Also has diapers, baby formula, and clothes. Doesn't provide or refer for abortions. All services confidential.

This program provides in-home education, skills, support and counseling services to families referred from DCYF.

Offers the Parent-Child Plus Program, which is a home visiting literacy program for children, age 2, and their parents.

Provides a 12-week series of programs focused on strengthening parenting competencies (monitoring, positive discipline, confidence) and fostering parents' involvement in children's school experiences in order to promote children's academic, social and emotional competencies and reduce conduct problems. The parent programs are grouped according to the following ages: Babies & Toddlers (0-3 years), BASIC Early Childhood (3-6 years), and BASIC School-Age (6-12 years).
